DREAM PROJECT HERE!

Types of work.
Homes for people and business.

We focus on projects that are intimate in scale yet rich in quality, detail and ambition. From private sustainable homes to curated interiors, custom furniture and integrated landscape design. Every element is carefully considered and crafted to suit its purpose.

Residential Architecture

New builds, renovations and interiors guided by practical and sustainable thinking. From heritage cottages to new builds, we shape spaces that enrich daily life and endure across generations. Homes designed and built as unique as the characters who occupy them.

Commercial and Community Projects

Design for makers, hospitality and cultural life. Thoughtful architecture that balances function and atmosphere to create places that connect people and purpose.

Creating successful business destinations.

Branded Architecture and Office Environments

We translate brand values into physical places. Workplaces and headquarters that bring people together and reflect identity through craft, collaboration and innovation.

Spaces that tell a story.

Feature and Modular Custom Furniture

Pieces that serve both architecture and people. From custom features to modular systems, our furniture unites form, utility and craftsmanship. Lasting quality with timeless character and unique personality.

Furniture that become the handshakes (touch points) of our buildings.

Fees and engagement options.

Fees and
engagement options.

Transparent from day one. Our fee structure is open and predictable from the beginning, so you can plan with confidence. Choose from three clear engagement paths:

  • DESIGN SERVICE

    Fixed Price Concept Design.

A clear, upfront tiered concept package for early-stage or developed design. Best for clients who want defined scope, quicker turnaround, and the quality of an architectural design concept without full fees.

  • COMPLETE SERVICE.

    Traditional Fee Model.

A sliding scale fee based on total construction cost. Best for either stage by stage engagement or ideally, full service design and delivery, where we stay closely involved through the entire build.

  • For unique projects, we can tailor the fee structure.

This may use one of several alternative models:

    • Lump Sum Fee: one agreed price for all services. Simple, but scope must be clear at the start.

    • Day / Hourly Rate: flexible for quick advice, feasibility checks, or second opinions.

    • Retainer: predictable monthly cost, best for developers or ongoing projects.

    • Custom Fees: designed for unusual sites, briefs, or complex projects.

Bernie and Steve

“Tim worked collaboratively with us throughout the design. This resulted in the final product being a home which is not only beautiful but also very functional and sustainable. Tim was a joy to work with, couldn’t recommend him highly enough.”

A sustainable approach.

Quality over quantity. We believe in doing things well, not excessively. Each project balances efficiency, adaptability and climate-responsive design. Sensible design to enrich life without excess.

Three principles guide our work.

Care for our clients and the environment.
Clarity in process, design and communication.
Character in the spaces we create.

OUR APPROACH

Sweat the small stuff.

In Architecture, details make the difference. The big moves set the concept, but the lasting quality lies in the details. The materials chosen, the craftsmanship of the build, the feel of a door handle, or how the lights falls to a chamfered edge window seat.

These are the little details that turn a great space, into a treasured one.
