    Our Define package establishes a clear foundation with a tailored Brief and Feasibility Study. We develop sketch design options to identify the best path forward, considering budget, site orientation, room schedule, code requirements, and architectural direction.

    This stage provides clarity, direction, and the confidence to move ahead with your project.

    Looking for great design without committing to full architectural services?

    We offer flexible design packages tailored to your needs. Each package includes multiple design rounds and a complete drawing set with 3D studies. Whether you’re seeking concept design only, developed design with approval-ready drawings, or full documentation ready to hand over to your builder, we shape the level of service to match your project.
